Alternative Treatments for PMS

E mily Palmer’s Journal, May 3 Well, I really feel like myself again. I can’t believe that for so long I couldn’t see what was happening to me. I was so mean sometimes, but I guess because I couldn’t understand what was going on, I just made excuses for myself. Anyway, things are so much better. Sarah and I are really close now. About a month ago she asked me to start power walking every afternoon after school. She told me she read that walking was helpful for women who suffered from PMS. She figured we might as well give it a try ’cause she’d been feeling like a wimp from not doing any regular exercise herself. We both love it and we hardly ever miss a day.
