Leisure Access Program The City of Surrey encourages all City residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. The Leisure Access Program provides an opportunity for City residents in financial need to participate in Parks, Recreation and Culture activities at a very low cost. To qualify for the program applicants must be City of Surrey residents and must meet income limits. For more information or to receive a Leisure Access Application Form, please contact any Surrey Parks, Recreation and Culture facility or call 604-501-5100. administering recreation and culture programs. The City of Surrey is collecting this information under s.26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL FEES: If you withdraw from a registered program within seven days of the program starting you will now be charged withdrawal fees based on the value of the program. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information is collected for the purposes of Funds transfer if registering in person at a recreation facility. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order for us to switch systems, there will be NO PROGRAM REGISTRATION OR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES AVAILABLE from November 14-18, 2019. All facilities will remain open. NEED HELP? To Register ONLINE Until November 14 you’ll register online for programs as you do now, using your Client ID and Family PIN number. Don’t have a Client ID and Family PIN number? Call 604-501-5100 Monday to Thursday from 8:30am-5:30pm or Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm and speak to a Customer Service representative. Beginning on November 19, to register for courses online you’ll need to: Create a MySurrey account if you don’t have one now. • When prompted, enter your name, email address, phone number and create a password. • A verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. • Open your email and click on the verification link to confirm. • Follow the prompts to enter account details. If you already have a MySurrey account: • Sign in using your email and password and follow the prompts to enter account details. Have your credit card information ready. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept cash, debit card and Electronic
