Bayway Banter - May 2016

From the Manager s Desk

Hi All,

Wishing all the Mothers and Grandmothers a very Happy Mothers Day on Sunday 8th May, enjoy being spoilt and looked after on your special day.

A reminder to everyone, that the Bayway Village Biggest Morning Tea is being held at the Community Hall on Saturday 18th June, so turn up and show your support for this very worthy cause. Once again thank you to Ivy Collins and all her helpers for arranging this special day.

It was good to hear that there was a good turnout for the organised ANZAC Commemoration within our village and some very happy 2-up winners……

Well winter is nearly upon us so it’s always a good time to start thinking about heating and the safety precautions with in your homes. Check that heater and gas connections are in safe working order and turn these off when not in use. Do not overload power points, test smoke detectors and change batteries if required.

On the June long weekend, as Monday the 13 th is a public holiday, recycling waste will be collected on Tuesday 14th June along with your Green waste.

Also, thankyou to all residents who are returning forms with email addresses and up to date mobile phone numbers. If you haven’t done so yet, please remember to do so when you get a chance.

Bye for now Paul & The Bayway Team
