courses, providing degree plans to students, preparing itemized statements for billing purposes, reminding students to order course materials (ex. textbooks), advising for withdrawal or leaves of absence, and emailing students for course deadlines. After that, the Student Success Team partners with the instructors to ensure that no student falls behind in their coursework. The Student Success Team supports students in preparation for the annual university’s commencement celebrations each May.
