Welcome to the VIP Preview Guide for Cresswind Peachtree City. As we prepare to greet our future residents at the Community on November 12, we encourage you to TAKE THE TIME TO CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THIS GUIDE . This will enable you to make the most of your time and opportunity at Cresswind Peachtree City. HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE This guide is intended to help you do three things in preparation for the VIP Preview on November 12th: • Identify the Floorplan(s) in which you are most interested • Choose the corresponding Home Elevation(s) , exterior architectural look, you prefer for that floorplan(s) • Select the Homesite(s) location for your new home SECTION 1: THE FLOORPLANS & ELEVATIONS This guide is broken into four sections. The first, which follows this letter, is an overview of our 11 floorplans. Each floorplan “presentation” includes four pages, arranged as follows: PAGE 1 & 2 – the Home Elevations available for that plan, e.g. brick or stone on the exterior, etc. NOTE: availability depends on Homesite as the community’s architectural guidelines are designed to create a beautiful streetscape by not allowing the same Home Elevations next to, or across the street from one another. New Home Consultants will explain this in their follow-up call, along with estimated Elevation costs. PAGE 3 – the base Floorplan, i.e. the standard configuration showing layout along with the Base Price planned for the VIP Release. NOTE: you will see each Floorplan is color-coded either Yellow, Blue or Purple. The color indicates which Home Collection the plan is in, which will be important when we get to the Site Plan. PAGE 4 – Structural Options showing the primary choices offered. NOTE: options can vary based on Homesite. New Home Consultants will explain this in their follow-up call along with the estimated Structural Option costs. SECTION 2: THE SITE PLAN With your preferred Floorplan(s) and Elevation(s) selected, the next step is to determine on which Homesite(s) you are interested in building. The Site Plan is where the Color Codes come in – Yellow, Blue or Purple: • Homesites that are colored Yellow are designed for Floorplans in the Aberdeen Collection. • Homesites that are colored Blue are designed for Floorplans in the Kedron Collection. • Homesites that are colored Purple are designed for Floorplans in the Wilksmoor Collection. • If a Homesite has a “ B ” on it, means that it is a Basement Lot and a Slab is not available. • If a Homesite has an “ S ” on it, means that it is a Slab Lot and Basement is not available. Certain Homesites, given their appeal and location within the community will carry a premium cost. New Home Consultants will explain this in their follow-up call and review Homesite details with you. SECTION 3: THE VIP PREVIEW During the VIP Preview event on November 12th, you will have the opportunity to tour all 11 decorated Model Homes. These homes have been designed with you, the active adult, in mind. Touring the model homes will bring the Floorplans which you have been reviewing to life. We truly hope that you find a Cresswind Peachtree City home that resonates with you and your family. Following the Preview, the week of November 13-18, will be the time to have your questions answered and solidify your desire to be a Founding Member of Cresswind Peachtree City. If you discover that Cresswind Peachtree City embodies the lifestyle that you desire, we ask that you put your VIP Invitation Card into our Future Homeowner Lottery Box before 6 PM, Friday November 18th. Due to overwhelming interest in Peachtree City’s first-and-only Active Adult Resort Community, we will be holding a Lottery drawing on November 19th at 9:00 AM. VIP Invitation Cards will be drawn at random and this will give you a priority option (corresponding with draw order) to purchase the homesite/home combination that you have decided upon. You must be present at the Lottery Drawing. SECTION 4: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The last part of this guide will provide you with important information such as Mortgage options and estimated monthly HOA fees and driving directions to Cresswind Peachtree City. Of course, your New Home Consultant will be calling you in advance of the event to go through this guide and answer any questions you may have.
