This year, for the first time in the history ofUSD's blossoming business school, representatives from the school were invited to enter the Intercollegiate Business Policy Games held in Reno Nevada. The purpose of the games is to simulate real world business dilemmasby computer, with student teams competing against each other as managers of hypothetical companies producing and selling consumergoods. Once aweek beginning in February, aseries of9 decisions were phoned in to the headquarters of the Reno games.University of Nevada. The USD representatives turned in the final II deci­ sions during the threeday finale in Reno inmid-April. The group was advised by faculty member Dr. Gary Whitney andbusinessman David L. Rogers.

In its third year, the Religious Studies Club has become an opportunity for students of any background or major to engage indis­ cussion with peers, faculty, and guest speak­ ers on topics rangingfrom theology to social concern. This year, a program to send stu­ dents abroad during the summerto do mis- sionery/social work has begun under the di­ rection of Dr. Del Schneider. The program is called Ov-rseas People-to-People Corps, and Peru is the destination for summer 1982.
