USD Hall of Farner Petia Yanchulova (1996-99)

University of San Diego's Petia Yanchulova (Sofia, Bulgaria) was inducted into The USD Chet & Marguerite Pagni Family Athletic Hall of Fame in May of 2005. Yanchulova, a two-time NCAA Division I First Team AVCA All-American, led USD to consecutive wee Championships in 1997 and 1998. Yanchu– lova was also the 1999 wee Player of the Year, the 1999 wee Defender of the Year, a two-time First Team AII-WCC pick, and a wee All-Academic Team selection.
