Active older adult programs take place at the Shakopee Community Center, unless otherwise noted.

Trips and Tours Trips and Travel programs are designed for active retirement age individuals, 55 plus. Programs depart from the Shakopee Community Center, please meet in The Sakpe ti Lounge. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Individuals who are not independent in daily living activities or need extra supervision or assistance are encouraged to register and participate with a personal care attendant. At time of registration, please inform us of any accommodations needed (food allergy or dietary needs). Trip pace definitions: WCA: Wheelchair accessible Moderate: Includes walks of three or more city blocks Light: Includes walks of one city block Extensive: Includes a substantial amount of walking Light to Moderate: Includes walks of two to three city blocks

GALLERIA EDINA FLEURS DE VILLES FLORA FLOWER SHOW AND SHOPPING World renowned flower show Fleurs de Villes arrives at Galleria Edina for the very first time with the debut of Fleurs de Villes Flora, a fashion forward celebration of spring couture in bloom, created by talented local floral designers. Join us for a fun morning of painting your own pottery piece. Hundreds of pieces to choose from, ranging from $25–$100. You select your own paint colors—no limit on how many colors or how much you use. There is a studio fee of $10 for each person painting. Each piece will be glazed, fired, and ready in 7–10 days. You can pick up your final piece at the Community Center. Lunch will be on your own at a nearby mall. Trip includes transportation. All other expenses are on your own.
