COMMUNITY ROOM Ideal for receptions, parties, or large events! ■ Large open room with fireplace and option for dance floor ■ Licensed kitchen available for food and alcohol ■ Audio/visual equipment available ■ Seating capacity: 150 ■ $300 refundable damage deposit required for non-alcohol rentals ■ $500 refundable damage deposit required for alcohol rentals Full Room Rate Sunday–Friday (2-hour minimum) $85/hour Saturday (2-hour minimum) $110/hour Tax is not included in these rates.
