Consider Spine Motion Restriction

Elevate head of cot 30°

Fluid Bolus 1000mL Maintain SBP 100 mmHg

Adult IV/IO

Cardiac Monitor

Intubation may be appropriate when:  Persistently hypoxic  No gag reflex  Danger of losing the airway  Rapidly decreasing LOC Ventilate to ETCO2 of 35 and 20 breaths per minute if signs of herniation are present.

Actively Seizing?

Unequal Pupils

Consider Versed 10mg IM

Ventilate at 20 bpm until dilated pupils constrict
