[5] Exterior tape glazing slows conduction of heat/cold through edge of glass. Two beads of silicone ensure a water tight seal. This creates three seals between glass and sash. [6] Single lever sequential multi-point lock for easy operation and clean appearance. [7] Adjustable hinge system ensures smooth operation. [8] 1-1/4" thick jamb creates unmatched strength and stability. [9] Silicone-injected frame corners create a stronger and more attractive joint. Glazing • Glazed with tape and two beads of silicone sealant. • LoE 366 standard. Grille Options • Wood and stick perimeter in 7/8" and 1-1/4" with concealed grille fasteners. • Windsor Divided Lite (WDL) – Simulated divided lite. – Standard profile: 7/8" and 1-1/4" – Putty profile: 5/8" and 7/8" • Inner grille – 3/4" profile, 1" profile or 13/16" flat. • Standard and custom grille patterns available. Finishes • Interior – Clear Select Pine, Douglas Fir, Natural Alder, Primed or Painted White. • Exterior – Clad units feature heavy-duty extruded aluminum cladding on sash and frame. Primed units offer an assortment of traditional trim options. Clad Colors All clad colors painted in-house with the highly durable AAMA 2604 standard finish, upgradeable to AAMA 2605. • 22 standard colors. • 20 feature colors and custom colors available. • 8 anodized finishes. Hardware Finishes Standard finishes are white, champagne, bronze and black. Optional finishes are bright brass, satin nickel, faux bronze and oil rubbed bronze.
