Choose between traditional flat or contour profile color matched colonial grilles between the glass, or surface mounted Simulated Divided Lite (SDL) Grilles. 3-1/2 Inch Flat Exterior Casing with with 5/4 Sillnose is available on single, twin, and three-wide units. Optional Argon gas with standard 3/4" double-glazed insulating glass with low emissivity glass significantly improves Condensation Resistance and comfort. Low profile tilt latches are attractive and easy to operate. Available sin- gle vent stop allows night breezes in while restricting sash opening height. High performance sloped sill guards against water infiltration and promotes water runoff. Sash Capture detail adds security and strength to the sash.

Duralite™ improves the total window U-value which reduces heat loss and saves money on energy bills. *Simulations were performed by Enermodal Engineering Limited using Window 5.2 and Therm 5.2 as per NFRC100, and NFRC 500, 2001. Generic vinyl window, soft coat low e (e=0.034), argon filled. What IS warm-edge technology? It is the use of low- conductance spacers (the gasket which separates the glass in double and triple glazed windows) to reduce heat transfer near the edge of insulated glazing.
