PVC is then run through a shaper to get desired profile. •• 3 ½ Windsor & 2 ½ Colonial are stock profiles that are heated and bent to desired radius •• All other profiles are run through a shaper •• Molded profiles of circles and ovals are shipped in two pieces •• Flat ovals and circles are shipped as one piece, made from sheet stock •• Straight lengths are available for an exact match to curved casing profile •• Some profiles have a minimum radius
