You are responsible for making your lodging reservations directly with the hotel. Be sure to mention that you are attending the Golf Headquarters/National Golf Buyers Group. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of call.

The Wigwam will honor our group rate for the 3 days prior and the 3 days following our show. If you are interested in booking an extended stay, please contact the hotel directly via the phone number above. These reservations can not be made through our group reservation link above and are subject to availability.

Important cut-off info: Our Room Block will be held up to, but no later than September 14th at 5 pm. After this point, the resort will no longer be able to guarantee the contracted group rate and rooms are subject to availability. DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS SEPTEMBER 14, 2018

ROOM RATE $195 CHECK IN: CHECK OUT: 4PM 11AM

• All room rates are plus applicable taxes and fees. • $30 Resort Fee has been WAIVED. • NGBA will be taking care of the Resort Gratuity charges for our members. ($3 per room night for housekeeping gratuity and a one-time $4 Bellman gratuity.)

The Wigwam cancellation policies are as follows: 8 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund 7 days or less prior to arrival, guests will be charged one night room and tax
