MONDAY, OCTOBER 8

8 AM–12 PM................. Board Meeting (Board members only) ........... Palm Room 2:30 PM–4:30 PM....... Marketing/Best Practices Seminar.................. Mohave West Refreshments and light snacks provided. All members and staff are encouraged to attend. Presentations: (2:30–3:30pm) Greg Nathan CBO of the National Golf Foundation, will provide a condensed talk on the present and future State of the Game and Business of Golf, during which he’ll reveal the #1 timeless yet continuously ignored Best Practice: Secret to Industry Growth . Q&A time will be available at the end of his talk. (3:30–4:30pm) Chris Voshall of Mizuno speaking on Mizuno’s Breakthrough technology, with Q&A immediately following. 5:30–7:30 PM.............. Welcome Reception. .......................................... Sachem Terrace Light hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served. Members, their staff and suppliers will gather to kickoff the events of the meeting. 8 AM–10 AM................ Corporation Meeting...........................................Mohave West Breakfast will be served. Discussions on corporate business. An election will be held to fill the vacancies on the Board of those members whose terms will be expiring. Reminder: This meeting is mandatory for all members or their representative. If you are unable to attend, please have your proxy signed and turned in prior to this meeting. Note: Another member cannot represent you at this meeting. 10–12 PM...................... Order Writing Session.........................................Wigwam Ballroom The exhibits will be open for order writing. A list of confirmed suppliers will be emailed prior to the meeting. 12–1 PM ........................ Luncheon................................................................Mohave Ballroom All members and suppliers will gather in the Mohave Ballroom for a buffet lunch/presentation. There will be no charge for you or your staff to attend this event. Presentation by: TBA 1–7 PM........................... Order Writing Session.........................................Wigwam Ballroom 5:30–7 PM ................... Reception...............................................................Wigwam Ballroom/Foyer Hors d’oeuvres and an open bar will be available in the exhibit area. Coffee, tea and muffins will be served. Although we encourage all members to attend, a voluntary member-only discussion of what vendor products or show specials members have found new/most valuable so far at the show and what products /offerings members are still looking for. 8 AM–12 PM.................
