Ukrainian stainless steel and austenitic alloy tubes

• cold-worked thin-walled and extremely thin-walled tubes of corrosion resistant and heat resistant alloy XH78T ( ЭИ - 435) in a size range of 1-19mm x 0.1-1mm to specification 14-3-949- 80 and standard GOST 14162-79 for aircraft engine building • small diameter (capillary) tubes of corrosion resistant steels 06X18H1010T, 09X18H10T and 12X18H10T in a size range of 0.7- 5mm x 0.15-1.6mm to standard GOST 14162-79 for aerospace and nuclear power engineering industries • high quality cold-worked extremely thin-walled tubes of corrosion resistant steels ЭИ -844 БУ - ИД and ЭИ -847 ПЩ in a size range of 1-22mm x 0.12- 0.5mm to specifications TU 14-3-550- 80, TU 14-3-1041 and TU 14-3-1070- 81 for nuclear power engineering. The tubes are delivered in lengths beginning from 1 metre, in accordance with customer requirements. State Enterprise Ya Ye Osada Scientific Research Tube Institute (SENITI), Ukraine, includes a number of R&D departments and a pilot production shop equipped with a horizontal hydraulic 16 MN press, a 2-roll piercer, cold tube rolling mills of roll and roller types, drawing mills and thermal and chemical treatment and finishing facilities. The pilot production shop ensures fulfilment of the Institute’s R&D programmes, including comprehensive investigations, development of new tech- nologies and improvement of existing ones, and mastering production of new products by pipe and tube producers in Ukraine and CIS countries. It also enables the production of experimental samples and pilot lots of special purpose tubes, and production of unique precision tubes and tubular goods for instrument engineering, nuclear power engineering, aerospace, ship building and other industries.

The Institute develops technologies and production of tubes of stainless steels and austenitic alloys, including: • cold worked tubes of corrosion resistant steel 12X18H10T in a size range of 5-20mm x 0.2-2.5mm to standard GOST 9941-81 • cold worked tubes of corrosion resistant steel 12X18H10T for oil conduits and hot water systems in a size range of 8-20mm x 0.5-2.5mm to standard GOST 19277-73 • cold worked tubes of corrosion resis- tant steels 08X18H10T, 09X18H10T and 12X18H10T with a high surface quality in a size range of 5-30mm x 0.2- 4mm to specification TU 14-3-197-89 • cold-worked tubes of age-hardenable alloy 36HXT Ю ( ЭП 701) in a size range of 3.5-25mm x 0.15-2.6mm to specification TU 14-224-119-88 • cold-worked extremely thin-walled 5mmx 0.3mm tubes of age-hardenable alloy ХН 50 ВМТЮБ - ИД ( ЭП -648 ИД ) to specification TU 14-3-1462-87 for heat exchangers
