• Standard IMRT:

– Dose reduction parotid glands – No dose constraints for SWOARs – D mean superior PCM = 64 Gy – D mean supraglottis = 60 Gy

• Swallowing sparing IMRT (SW-IMRT) : – Dose reduction parotid glands – Dose reduction SWOARs – D mean superior PCM = 54 Gy – D mean supraglottis = 30 Gy
