Welcome:

The Chairman gave a warm welcome to all the Member Clubs, Directors, Board Member and guests. He gave a special welcome to Michael Vincent from ChromaSport & Trophies for his continued sponsorship deal.

The minutes of the AGM held on 12 th June 2013 as circulated were unanimously accepted and confirmed as a true and correct record and endorsed by the Chairman
