HUG Oil Only Standard Marine Boom is highly effective on spills in water applications such as streams, rivers and lakes. The booms can be linked together by hooks and clasps already attached to the booms. Sometimes referred to as oil booms, marine booms are specifically manufactured for dealing with spillages of oil or diesel on water. They are usually deployed as the first line of defence when any liquid lighter than water has been spilt in either a still or flowing water environment.
