Evaluate its suitability to your own fitness and improve it through modifications where necessary. Justify your decisions through primary journal data and secondary evidence Due: WB 25 03 2019

SUMMATIVE 7.A Multi-modal Presentation: (5-8 minutes with a combination of at least 2 models of presentation. E.g. Oral, commentary, power point & video) (Individual work, Access to library resources and electronic technology, one draft seen by teacher) Evaluate which SINGLE sports psychology strategy was most effective in improving your athletic performance.
