Fluid systems to treat exhaust gases Norma Group has secured a large order from a vehicle and engine manufacturer to develop and manufacture fluid systems for the transportation of fluids into the exhaust pipe to reduce nitrogen oxides. The product solutions are manu- factured for a series of different vehicle platforms. Production will start in 2014. the Normaflex product group used for this order include heated pipe systems and joining technologies of thermoplastics that convey urea into the exhaust pipes. Higher exhaust emission standards increase the demand for new technologies to treat exhaust gases.
