With its headquarters located in beautiful Tsingshan Village, 10km from Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport, Stellar Tube & Pipe Group Co Ltd is becoming China’s leading producer of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes. When it started operations in 2004, Zhejiang Tsingshan Steel Pipe Co Ltd, which is today the leading producer of seamless stainless steel pipe in Stellar

Stellar’s production capacity increased still further with the setting up in 2006 of Zhejiang Stellar Pipe Industry Co, Ltd and 2008 Songyang Stellar Precision Stainless Steel Co Ltd as customer needs increased. The main products of Zhejiang Stellar Pipe Industry Co Ltd are stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes in a wide range of grades and OD from 6mm to 830mm, WT from 0.8mm to 45mm. The product range of Songyang Stellar Precision Stainless Steel Co Ltd consists primarily of precision seamless stainless steel pipe in the diameter range 6mm to 219mm OD. The addition of these two new plants brought total seamless production capacity at the Stellar group to a substantial 40,000 tpy. While expending its capacity, Stellar group also takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. At the “green heart” of Stellar’s manufacturing centre is installed a waste acid treatment system and an exhaust gas collection tower. To ensure zero-emission of waste

The main production facilities at this plant include six piercing lines producing pipe blanks 50-240mm OD, 4.5-50mm wall thickness; 40 cold drawing lines producing cold drawn pipes 6-650mm OD, 1-40mm wall thickness; and 12 cold rolling lines producing cold rolled pipes 16-159mm OD, 1-10mm wall thickness.
