motorbikes, rather than bicycles. The maps are designed for hikers, however, so the recommended routes are impassable by bicycle. Santorini is not very bicycle-friendly -- there are no dedicated bicycle routes, so you must share roads with vehicular traffic. In addition, the island is very hilly. The traffic was more friendly to bicycles than to pedestrians or other vehicular traffic, however.
