International Pizza Expo, March 20-22, 2018, Las Vegas, NV The CMAB’s booth at the International Pizza Expo will showcase California dairy to chain and independent pizza operators. Marketing team members, business development consultants and members of the Executive Committee and Board will be on hand to discuss opportunities for using California cheese and dairy to grow our business. Frozen yogurt and gelato, another growing foodservice trend, will also be sampled in the booth during the three-day show. We will have two Chefs this year, Mark Todd & Special Guest & Master Pizza Maker, Vito Iacopell. In addition to our Chefs creating samples in the booth, CMAB’s booth will also include representatives from Angelo & Franco, Cacique, Fiscalini Cheese Company, Scott Brothers Dairy, Silverdale, Sweet Chills Brands, and Villa Dolce. Northwest Foodservice Show, April 22-23, 2018, Portland, OR The CMAB booth at the Northwest Foodservice Show will showcase a variety of California dairy products, including specialty and commodity cheeses, frozen yogurt, butter and yogurt, to a multitude of foodservice operators and buyers. Business development consultants and marketing team members will be on hand to discuss opportunities to use California cheese and dairy products.

CMAB will be represented in our booth along with Alouette, Angelo & Franco, Sweet Chills and Villa Dolce.

National Restaurant Show, May 19-22, 2018, Chicago, IL The CMAB will host a booth at the National Restaurant Show. The 20’x 40’ sampling booth will include representatives from California processors and CMAB staff promoting California dairy for foodservice customers in both single and multi-unit operators as well as small distributors.
