Culinary Academy Sponsorship Program

We had a meeting with Professor-chefs in the Food School of the Chungkang University to discuss available curriculum which will provide the opportunity to use and learn California dairy products to student-chefs in 2018. In 2018, student-chefs will develop their own output using CA dairy products and we will select those dishes with outstanding performance to be sold at the café Sungsu (which Chungkang Univ. is operating in Seoul).
