Winter Fancy Food Show – San Francisco

The CMAB shared an exhibition booth at the Fancy Food Show in January with 10 California Dairy Processors, but the more impressive number was the 24 individual Processor Booths that were purchased directly by the Processors of many different dairy products.

Saputo Cheese International is adding the Real California Milk Seal to their 6 packs of Cheese Heads brand string cheese for Korea, with the following countries to follow:

Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore
