TheWater Block™ is a mechanical flow meter, which measures the flow of water through itself and if the water flow exceeds the per cycle threshold the user sets it for (as would occur after in a catastrophic flood situation), it shuts the flow of water off internally, preventing floods and reducing a potential tragedy into just a puddle.
