Central Coast Home & Lifestyle Spring 2023
New Vision, Same Charm: Saddles Mount White Welcomes New Management V oted one of the Most Beautiful Restaurants in the World by Conde Nast 2023, Saddles Mount White has announced that new management will take the reins from 14th October. Patrons can expect the same iconic charm, while embracing exciting changes. Nestled on 25-acres of land, this quintessential Australian dining destination boasts a charming homestead building and wrap-around deck, overlooking the restaurant’s signature dam. This idyllic setting that has attracted people from all over the world will remain unchanged. Complementing the essence of Saddles, the new management team will be expanding the restaurant’s offering with a reinvigorated menu, alongside site enhancements that will be revealed soon. Owner of Saddles, John Singleton, previously described the venue as an “accidental success” but says the new improvements they’re bringing to the venue are far from an accident. Singleton has been unusually tight lipped in sparing more details, leaving regulars sitting on the edge of their seats, or should we say saddles, in anticipation. “It will all be the same, just even more bloody beautiful”, he said. Designed by the acclaimed White + Dickson Architects and Interior Designer, Michelle Leslie, Saddles has become renowned for its signature architectural
and interior style. Five years on, Michelle has been welcomed back by the new management to refresh the venue. The team at Saddles can’t wait to welcome locals and newcomers alike to their new and improved restaurant. Opening doors under new management on 14th October, saddle up and book your spot for a dining experience like no other.
