ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

INSTALL 16 CARBON FIBER/KEVLAR WALL BRACING STRAPS – ($12,000.00) 1. Grind clean a section of the block wall 5.5 inches wide from top of wall to floor elevation 2. Install top restraint bracket mechanically fastened to rim joist 3. Apply a base coat of epoxy 4. Embed carbon fiber weave into wet epoxy and remove air to cure 5. Clean up all construction related debris

INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM – ($5,977.50)

1. Prep area and cover personal possessions with plastic. 2. Remove section of basement floor (slab) to expose footing and install drain. 3. Drill weep holes in block to drain water from wall and into system. 4. Install (90) linear feet of interior sub floor drain system to catch water below the floor level. 5. Install coraplast vapor barrier mechanically fastened and sealed to the foundation above the exterior grade level and sealed at the floor drain flange to catch any leakage through the wall above the floor level and channel any condensation to floor drain. 6. Install discharge line extending approximately (50’) from foundation to a pop up valve. 7. Install inspection ports in system. 8. Remove all work related debris and broom clean.
