Technology platform for wire and cable industry Borealis and Borouge have launched Borlink™, a technology platform offering a complete global package of power materials, experience, knowledge and support. Borlink is a wire and cable industry-wide platform cross-linking technology, products and expertise to connect networks and grids as well as people and their access to energy. Two manufacturing sites and 220 staff generate an annual sales volume of about 6mn metres of premium quality steel wire rope. Key customers include original equipment manufacturers, distributors, and end-users of ropeways, crane applications used for transportation, building and construction, and offshore, as well as of forestry equipment.
