The Marketing Committee has successfully helped to promote Frenchman’s Creek over the past year.

We further promoted the brand through print media that reach our target market with the slogan “Love Where you Live” which has become our signature headline. We have supported the building of relationships with top agents in the high end club markets in South Florida and the key regional and international markets.

Our members continue to be our best asset in selling the community. The Frenchman’s Creek Experience Program has been well received by members and has brought many prospects to visit. Throughout the year we have continued to refine our efforts in digital marketing through our main website, www.frenchmanscreek.com, which has been re-designed and re-launched in October of 2014. Various social media channels have also been added to our portfolio (facebook, twitter, youtube, blogger, google+).

With the added value of these programs we have developed a solid foundation to build on for our future marketing efforts.

The Member Relations Committee established and achieved two goals for the 2014/2015 season: (1) to personally reach out to all of the new members, and (2) to integrate them into our wonderful community. Several of our committee members contacted new members inviting them to dinner or golf. They acted as mentors or “buddies” when called upon. A few of these mentors were actually new members themselves only a year or two ago. This indicates the success of the committee in integrating members into Frenchman’s Creek. At the New Member Cocktail Party in January, the Board of Governors met and welcomed the new members as well in a most casual, social environment. A special thank you to our Executive Chef and the staff for a wonderful evening.

An additional event is planned prior to the season’s end for the new members. It will be a cocktail party to provide the newer people the opportunity to get to know one another and share their experiences over their first year and to cultivate new friendships. The Member Relations Committee has had a very successful year and I thank all of the members for their efforts. A special thank you to Kathy O’Brien for her support and guidance and to the entire Staff for their assistance.
