To the Board of Governors and Members Frenchman’s Creek, Inc. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

We have audited the consolidated financial statements of Frenchman’s Creek, Inc. and Subsidiary as of and for the years ended April 30, 2014 and 2013, and have issued our report thereon, dated August 27, 2014, which contained an unmodified opinion on those con- solidated financial statements. Our audits were performed for the purpose of forming an opinion on the consolidated financial state- ments as a whole. The accompanying supplementary information is presented for purposes of additional analysis and is not a required part of the consoli- dated financial statements. Such information is the responsibility of management and was derived from and relates directly to the un- derlying accounting and other records used to prepare the consolidated financial statements. The information has been subjected to the auditing procedures applied in the audits of the consolidated financial statements and certain additional procedures, including compar- ing and reconciling such information directly to the underlying accounting and other records used to prepare the consolidated financial statements or to the consolidated financial statements themselves, and other additional procedures in accordance with auditing stand- ards generally accepted in the United States of America. In our opinion, the information is fairly stated in all material respects in rela- tion to the consolidated financial statements taken as a whole.
