Additionally, the setup had to allow for vehicles to drive off the lift diagonally well as straight ahead. This meant that there needed to be an in-fill between the lift platforms; that also accommodated the jacking beam as the lift platforms descended.

Our proposed solution also had to satisfy the building landlord (structural integrity of the building with the new doorway) and the DVSA inspector ( jacking beam mounting on the ATL scissor lift).

The equipment was delivered and installed. Load testing and certification, DVSA inspector to view the premises and agree everything was to the required standards.
