ments. The men and women profiled are shining examples of the ~ ell-rounded professionals who have become leaders in their fi elds and who concurrently maintain an emphasis on USO values in their everyday lives. The better news is that these outstanding individuals are just a fraction of the whole. There are many more whose names, faces and accomplishments do not grace these pages, but who are making a difference in their communities and with their lives. The following pages, the 1995 Honor Roll of Donors, repre- sent the lifeblood of this institution. As soon as your gift arrives at USD, it goes to work making the university a stronger and better learning environment. On the preceding pages, we define what we see as our primary success - the USO-educated men and women. On the pages that follow, we list the names of our many friends who provide the f')lobilizing force behind that success. Thousands of people - alumni, parents, faculty, staff, community friends, corporations, foundations and more - supported USD in record numbers during the 1994-95 academic year. With great pleasure, we present the 1995 Honor Roll of Donors and acknowledge the many friends from all reaches of the USO community who supported the university last year. To our donors, we say thank you. Without your support, USO would not be able to offer the rich variety of learning experiences that we do. On behalf of the past, current and future students who are the beneficiaries of your loyalty and commit- ment, USO extends its most sincere gratitude. We hope you enjoy the 1995 Honor Roll of Donors.
