General Meeting Information

Photo Release AOAC INTERNATIONAL may use photos of meeting  attendees in promotional materials.  By virtue of your  attendance, it is assumed that you agree to the usage of  your likeness in such materials.  If you do object to having  your photo taken and possibly used in future promotional  materials, please advise the photographer. In Case of Emergency Please report any emergency directly to the personnel  staffing the AOAC registration desk.  The staff at this desk  will immediately contact the appropriate hotel authorities.

Official Language  The official language of the AOAC SPIFAN meeting is  English.  Language translation is not provided.

Dress Code  The dress code for the meeting is business casual.
