Policy Title: EXTENDED USE OF COLLEGE USE OF COLLEGE PHYSICAL PLANT FACILITIES BY OUTSIDE GROUPS. Approval of extended use of College-owned facilities by outside groups will be at the discretion of East Central Community College. Extended use of College facilities is defined as events of longer duration than one performance or one day. The requesting party will be responsible for obtaining proper clearance from the office of the Vice President for Instruction prior to confirming the scheduling of any college facility for use. This procedure requires the outside agency to complete a College facilities agreement form. The College shall have the right and option to terminate any such agreement for extended use should conflicts develop with college-sponsored activities. In order that extended use of College-owned facilities be approved, the party desiring use of such facilities must agree to reimburse the College for any and all costs as may be incurred by the College for such use.
