23. Prepares and executes individual work plans, including professional development initiatives, which align with network strategic objectives; 24. Applies knowledge through the development and delivery of new training programs, consulting tools, research projects, co-consulting, and/or other impact measures; 25. Supports organizational improvement efforts through active involvement with internal committees, special projects, center reviews and various assessments as directed by the state office; 26. Develops and executes plans to meet special project goals; 27. Participates in the development and execution of sponsorship acquisition strategies in support of area office and state goals; 28. Documents activities via electronic information system in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner; 29. Maintains client and continuing education files as per SBA and MSBDC guidelines; 30. Ensures that high impact success stories are available upon request and submits SBA award nomination packages for clients who meet the criteria; 31. Serves as a guide and mentor to business counselors and support staff, if applicable; 32. Leads and supports professional development activities for the assigned local office staff and statewide staff, as requested; 33. Represents the SBDC State Office, when required; 34. Assists in the continued development, implementation, and updating of the organization's strategic plan; and; 35. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
