ISPAM Voting Panel – Annual Meeting 2018 SYNOPSIS OF REGISTRANTS AND PROPOSAL FOR REPRESENTATIVE VOTING MEMBERS

• Representatives from over 40 affiliations are registered for this meeting covering 10 countries.

• Organizations will determine the individual which will represents their perspective

• AOAC tries to ensure due process and therefore, all stakeholders have an equal voice. However, a set of representative stakeholders, representing the various perspectives among registrants, are vetted for the sole purpose of demonstrating balance among stakeholders as consensus on draft standards undergo the balloting process. • Any affiliation that meets the categories for a particular seat is eligible to sit in that seat. AOAC staff will track who specifically will be representing the stakeholders as voting members.
