I. WELCOME & INTRODUCTIONS (Schmidt/Crowley – 8:30 AM-8:40 AM)

Erin Crowley (Q Laboratories, Inc.) will open the meeting by welcoming attendees and lead introductions. Crowley will also call the meeting to order.

II. AOAC ISPAM GOALS/OVERVIEW/UPDATE (Crowley – 8:40 AM-8:50 AM)

Review the AOAC ISPAM meeting agenda and goals. Provide an overview of ISPAM and its working group activities, including an update on development of the Standard Method Performance Requirements (SMPR®) for Peanut and Tree Nut. She will also provide an overview of ISPAM activities between March 2018 and August 2018. III. FOOD ALLERGEN WORKING GROUP CHAIR PRESENTATION(S) AND VOTE ON FINAL SMPR® PRESENTATION & FITNESS-FORPURPOSE (Working Group Chairs – 8:50AM- 10:00AM) *The Working Group Co-Chairs will present the work of the working group and how it reached consensus, and present the SMPR® for vote by the AOAC ISPAM Stakeholders.

UPDATE ON QUANTITATIVE MICROBIOLOGY METHODS ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (Bird – 10:15AM-10:30AM) Working Group Co-Chair, Patrick Bird (Q Laboratories, Inc.) will provide an update on the development of AOAC Quantitative Microbiology Method Validation Acceptance Criteria. V. UPDATE ON GLUTEN IN OATS (Wehling – 10:30AM-10:45AM) Paul Wehling (General Mills) will recommend a revision to the approved Standard Method Performance Requirement (SMPR®) 2017.021.

VI. UPDATE ON CHINA GUOBIAO (GB) REVISION PROJECT (Liang – 10:45AM-11:00AM)
