Tax Card “fiche de retenue d'impôt” If you are on Luxembourg payroll, you will receive a tax card. Although registration is generally not required for EU issued licenses, it will minimize administrative formalities in case your license is stolen or lost. It may make sense to exchange it for a Luxembourgish license if your EU license is due to expire within the one year of your move. +
