I've been meaning to drop a note about plastic straws at The Club. It's a huge waste and environmentally unsound. The USA alone produces 500m of straws per day. Let's not contribute so much.

Thank you for your feedback. You’ll be pleased to know that our Strategic Planning Committee has invited Club Members to be part of a Sustainability Working Group that is being established to support sustainability initiatives. The Club will be developing plans to enhance its sustainability and expand environmentally-friendly practices. Initiatives may include recycling, use of more eco-friendly materials, reduction of energy and resource usage, Member education and other initiatives. Along with benefiting The Club in a multitude of ways, the efforts of this working group will have a positive effect more broadly on the environment in Singapore. I tried the new tuina massage at sên Spa and I found it really good! Dr. Xinyi is very knowledgeable and her techniques were strong and comfortable. She explained every step clearly and performed a consultation for me prior to treatment. She was really lovely and speaks perfect English so I knew she understood what my concerns were. I think she will do great! I’ll book again for next week.
