The beginning of the Trading Post Café all started when a mother looking for a place to pick up food to feed her family on nights she worked late was next to impossible, if she wanted anything of nutritional value. There were options but limited options, so the idea for the Trading Post Café was born. In 2008 she opened the first little place in a 1957 home with four rooms. The kitchen, dish room and server station were all in one room and the other three rooms were dining areas. The back porch was the prep kitchen and the front porch was the register area. We had all of 12 tables, talk about humble beginnings. It was then and still is today a place to bring your family for old fashion customer service and become part of the family. They are proud of all the accomplishments they have achieved over the years. They want to invite everyone to come and enjoy a good family environment and friendly staff. There are 23 vegetables and seven meats severed daily, breakfast all day and specials though out the week. Make this your new favorite place for 2018.
