9001:2000 • 9001:2000 cer*fies that a company has official wri9en procedures and training documenta*on in the areas of customer service, product design, manufacturing, analysis, cer*fica*on, packaging, shipping, and accoun*ng. • 9001:2000 is customer service oriented. Every complaint is documented and correc*ve and preventa*ve measures must be put into place. • As long as a company is consistent in its documented ac*ons, it can remain ISO 9001:2000 cer*fied.
