Micromarket Frequently Asked Questions What is a micromarket? Merritt Properties has partnered with Monumental Markets to provide a new, state-of-the-art amenity for employees at Meadowridge 95, known as a micromarket. With dozens of food and beverage options, the micromarket offers customers quick access to snacking options. The markets’ self-checkout technology allows customers to purchase items 24/7, perfect for a late night at the office or snacks throughout the day. Purchasing is as easy as finding the item(s) you want and swiping a debit or credit card. Read the FAQ to learn more about how to use the micromarket. The micromarket entrance is located in the back left corner of 6514 Meadowridge Road by the pergola, as shown in the image below. If you have reached the front entrance of 6514 Meadowridge Road, you have gone too far. An employee key card is required to gain access to the micromarket.

How do I get into the micromarket? For security purposes, only Meadowridge 95 employees have access to the market via their employee key card. If you are unable to access the market using your employee key card, please contact Merritt’s customer service department at customerservice@merrittproperties.com . Allstate employees can access the market through the first floor interior entrance, through the fitness center, or through the exterior entrance. What are the hours of the micromarket? Although the door is locked and customers can only gain access with their employee key card, the market is available 24/7 for Meadowridge 95 employees. Do I need a Market Account to purchase an item? You do not need a Market Account if you are purchasing with debit/credit. If you are purchasing with cash, you will need a Market Account, as the kiosk does not issue change. Any change from your purchase will be added to your account balance. What are the benefits of having a Market Account? Having a Market Account gives you the ability to purchase items with cash, credit, debit, Market Card or your fingerprint. With a Market Account, you can add funds to your Market Card using the kiosk, going online ( www.MyKioskCard.com ) or through the mobile app (search “Avanti Markets”). As they become available, special promotions will be accessible only to Market Account holders. How do I create a Market Account? There are several unassigned Market Cards attached to the kiosk, to the left of the scanner. Grab an unassigned Market Card and scan it under the scanner. Then, add your name, email address and attach your fingerprint to your account (optional). You will receive an email from MyKioskCard.com on to set up your online account. Having a Market Account gives you the ability to purchase items with cash, debit/credit card, your Market Card or your fingerprint. It also gives you access to special promotions within your market. How do I purchase an item using debit/credit? Select your item(s) from the shelf or refrigerator. Scan the UPC code(s) under the scanner at the kiosk. Scan your debit or credit card. Print/email receipt if desired. If you have a Market Card, be sure to scan your card before finalizing your purchase. How do I purchase an item with cash? A Market Account is required to purchase with cash (see “How do I create a Market Account?”). To make a purchase using cash, follow these steps: - Select the item(s) you wish to purchase from the shelf or refrigerator - Tap the “My Market Account” button in the top left corner. - Scan either your Market Card or your fingerprint. - Select “Add with Cash” and insert your bills (exact change is not required, however the kiosk does not provide change. Rather, change is added to your account balance). - Press “Done”. - Scan the UPC code(s) of your item(s). - Select either the “Pay with Market Card” or “Pay with fingerprint scanner” option on the checkout screen and scan your Market Card or fingerprint to purchase. How do I purchase an item with my Market Card or fingerprint? A Market Account with a balance is required to purchase with your Market Card or fingerprint (see “How do I create a Market Account?” and “How do I add funds to my account?” below). Select the item(s) you wish to purchase from the shelf or refrigerator. Scan the UPC code(s) under the scanner at the kiosk. Scan your Market Card or fingerprint. Print/email receipt if desired.

How do I add funds to my Market Account? You can add funds to your Market Account by: 1) Inserting cash into the kiosk (see “How do I purchase an item with cash?). 2) Going online and adding funds with debit/credit. Visit www.MyKioskCard.com. An email address is required to setup your online account (see “How do I manage my Market Account Online”). 3) Accessing the mobile app and adding funds with debit/credit. Search “Avanti Markets” in your mobile app store. An email address is required to setup your online account (see “How do I manage my Market Account Online”). How do I manage my Market Account online? In order to access your Market Account online, you will have to assign an email address to your account. Visit the kiosk, scan your market card or fingerprint, click “My Market Account” and add your email address. You will then receive an email from MyKioskCard.com with more information. After you create an online account, visit www.MyKioskCard.com to view your balance, add funds and check you purchase history. Is there a mobile app? Yes! Search “Avanti Markets” in your mobile app store. You will need your online account login information (see “How do I manage my Market Account online?”). You can view your balance, add funds and check your purchase history. The app also stores a copy of your Market Card barcode in case you do not have it handy or have misplaced your card. How do I check the price of an item? Select the item you wish to price-check from the shelf or refrigerator, bring it to the kiosk and scan the item. The price will pop up on the screen. If you wish to purchase the item, continue as prompted on the screen. If you do not wish to purchase the item, click “Cancel” and return the item to the shelf or refrigerator. How often is the market restocked? The market is restocked two to three times a week. Inventory is monitored regularly, and Monumental Markets reviews purchase trends to adjust the items offered in your market. For example, if one item sells out daily, a larger abundance of that item will be provided. Additionally, new items will be added to your market based on purchase trends. The food refrigerator is locked. Why did this happen and what do I do? This refrigerator is temperature-sensitive. If the temperature inside the refrigerator exceeds 41 degrees, the refrigerator locks itself to keep the perishable items from spoiling. If the fridge is locked, please call 301-595- 4909 or email customerservice@monumentalmarkets.com so Monumental Markets can send a technician. For this reason, we ask all customers to shop with the door closed. Once you know what item(s) you wish to purchase, open the refrigerator and proceed. Please DO NOT leave the door open while you shop. Other questions?
