PAYMENT Orders may be paid using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Royal Distributing gift cards. Visa debit/gift cards and MasterCard debit/gift cards also accepted. Credit card mail orders are subject to card holder/address verification. We also accept COD orders, (cash on delivery; no cheques). COD orders are subject to a $10 COD service charge. See COD policy below. If you are mailing your order in, you may also pay by money order or certified cheque. Ontario, New Brunswick and Newfoundland residents please add 13% HST. Residents of Nova Scotia add 15% HST. All other Provinces and Territories add 5% GST. Deposit of 100% is required on all non stocked/ special order items. Non stocked/special order items are not returnable. With the dramatic swings in the worldwide currency markets, all Powersports suppliers have been forced to make adjustments to their prices, accordingly. Royal will make changes both up or down, and pass on positive developments as quickly as possible. We will always do our best to hold price increases off as long as we possibly can. For the most current pricing information, please visit our website and check the shopping cart price, or call our toll free number and ask our friendly sales representatives to confirm. Prices in this catalogue are in effect from September 1st, 2019 to April 1st, 2020 . Circumstances beyond our control sometimes cause prices to change. Due to uncertainty in currency market changes, oil market fluctuation, transportation cost increases, and raw material price increases, PRICES MAY FLUCTUATE up or down. When at all possible, Royal Distributing will lower prices as factors dictate. Royal Distributing will do the very best to keep our prices consistent. We do our best to ensure accuracy, however, errors may occur in our prices and specifications. We are not responsible for printing or typographical errors. Prices may change without notice. Please call us for more information. COD POLICY COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are subject to a $10.00 service charge. We have a strictly enforced COD policy due to a percentage of COD parcels being returned to us Unclaimed or Refused (not picked up). ALL COD orders to AIRSTAGE and BEYOND shipping zones must have a deposit equal to the shipping charge PREPAID before a parcel can be shipped. This can be in the form of a credit card or Money Order. ANY COD order with a total shipping charge over $20.00 will require a deposit equal to the shipping charge, before parcel can be shipped. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover the costs of having the parcel sent out and returned). FREE SHIPPING policy DOES NOT apply to COD orders (Fees subject to change).

SHIPPING Orders placed before 12 noon are normally shipped the same day. Our sales representatives are able to tell you if an item is out of stock and provide you with the estimated time of arrival (ETA). Parcels are shipped via PUROLATOR, UPS, CANPAR and/or CANADA POST; depending on the area in which you live. Delivery time varies, depending again on where you live. Please specify if you have a shipping preference. Rural routes with no street address are shipped by Canada Post only. COD orders are only shipped by Canada Post or UPS. Make sure to provide a daytime phone number and email address so we may provide you better customer service should a problem arise with your order. RECEIPT OF ORDERS Before any received products are installed; Please ensure the part numbers of the items match the part numbers on your invoice. Ensure all items included in kits are present before beginning install. Certain items can not be returned if opened. RETURNS Our EASY return policy is 30 days from date of purchase (Mail order customers; item(s) must be

received within the 30 day period). If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, just return the part to us in NEW, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED CONDITION. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returned items must be in unused, resaleable condition and in it’s original packaging, i.e. not installed, unworn, etc. Any markings from installation will not be accepted. All returns are subject to approval. The following items are nonreturnable: electrical components, performance parts, special order items, red tag, closeout and clearance items.

MAIL ORDER CUSTOMERS; before returning any product please call 1.800.265.2970 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please have your invoice information on hand. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. Returns shipped COD will NOT be accepted. All unclaimed, or refused COD parcels will be subject to a service charge equal to twice the shipping charge amount (to cover shipping costs both ways). Item(s) must be received within 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds must be made to same credit card as the original purchase. Refunds form COD purchases will be made by cheque. FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS; If an order qualified for “free shipping” and is being returned, a chargeback fee will be incurred for what the shipping cost would have been and will be deducted from the return amount. If only part of the order is being returned, and the item(s) would have effected the initial shipping cost this will incur a nominal chargeback fee. If the item(s) would have had no effect on the initial shipping cost, it will incur no chargeback fee. Handling fees from the initial order are non-refundable. Replacement items are NOT covered by free shipping policy unless they qualify for free shipping over $39. WARRANTY Most parts are warrantied against manufacturing defects 90 days from date of original purchase. One year warranty applies to most tracks and some apparel. All items are subjectto inspection, and may have to be returned to manufacturer for approval. Refunds are issued after manufacturer issues a credit. Royal Distributing is not responsible for any down time during shipping or manufacturer’s approval process. Any part which is deemed to show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Warranty does not extend to replacement items (warranty applies from original date of purchase). Warranty does not extend to labour or installation charges. Royal Distributing does not cover any shipping costs related to warranty items, these are the responsibility of the consumer. Drive Belt warranty claims are to be sent directly to the manufacturer. There is NO warranty on electrical components, tires, tracks drilled for studs, racing tracks and performance parts. Stated claims on performance parts are as stated from the manufacturer. Royal Distributing does not test all products, or substantiate all claims. For specific warranty information please call 1-800-265-2970. There is NO WARRANTY accepted for all Red Tag, Closeout and Clearance items.

*CONDITIONS: To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, an order must be over $39.00 before taxes/surcharges. Gift card or eGift card purchases do not factor into the order total. Payment method by credit card only. Does NOT apply to COD Orders - regular shipping charges will apply; and only applies to orders shipped in Canada. Does not apply to international and US shipments. Free shipping applies to standard shipping method: ie. Least expensive method. Customer may upgrade to another method and pay the difference. LARGE ITEMS which incur extra charges by couriers and Canada Post, will be charged an oversized parcel fee. Some examples are: ATV storage boxes, ramps, tires, UTV door kits. Look for this symbol: CUBED ITEMS which incur extra charges by couriers and Canada Post, these items are lightweight but large dimension. The carriers charge extra dimensional weight fees for the space they occupy. Some examples are: Snowmobile windshields, ATV fairings, snowmobile skid plates. Look for this symbol:

HEAVYWEIGHT ITEMS which incur extra charges by couriers and Canada Post, will be charged a heavyweight parcel fee. Some examples are: Tracks, ATV plow kits, wheel kits, oils. Look for this symbol: SKIDDED ITEMS which can only be shipped by truck (can not go Canada Post), and shipping fees will be charged by the carrier. Payment by credit card only (no COD).
