SPEAKUP – WHISTLEBLOWER HOTLINE SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE
The People Matter Survey is our annual employee opinions and engagement survey. It is an opportunity for our employees to ‘Have their say’ and for the organisation to hear YOUR feedback, opportunities and challenges. This year’s results have provided us with insights on what’s working and what we can improve on. As an organisation, we take these results seriously. The results enable us to collaborate with teams to focus on key priorities for change through the action planning process at the enterprise and portfolio level.

Report suspected fraud, corruption and other serious matters Unethical behaviour can have a significant impact on any organisation. A single incident can have catastrophic consequences financially and through indirect losses such as reputation damage and loss of customer confidence. If you choose to provide your contact details, the information provided by you will remain confidential, and the Institute may contact you for further details. The Institute will also contact you once the matter is resolved.
Once a report is received, SpeakUp passes all matters to the Institute’s Protected Disclosure Officers. However, illegal matters such as abuse, drugs and theft will be reported to the police.
The Institute has introduced SpeakUp, an independent whistleblower hotline service, designed to support staff to feel safe to report suspected fraud, corruption and serious misconduct (e.g. serious conflicts of interest) without fear of retribution or reprisal, with the ability to remain anonymous. We are pleased to inform that we have partnered with PKF Forensic and Risk Services to offer this independent service and it is available 24 hours a day for 365 days a year.

Your call/report can be anonymous and will be completely confidential. You can’t be contacted if you choose to remain anonymous. However you will be given a report number, and you may call for an update.
