STRATEGIC GOAL: To foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture of engaged employees through open communication, learning & development, safe work environments, and overall wellness. TACTICAL OBJECTIVES: 1. Always recruit, develop and retain the best people through fair labour practices and mobility opportunities; 2.
