ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

1. Prep area and cover personal possessions with plastic. 2. Remove section of basement floor (slab) to expose footing and install drain. 3. Drill weep holes in block to drain water from wall and into system. 4. Install (120) linear feet of interior sub floor drain system to catch water below the floor level. 5. Install coraplast vapor barrier mechanically fastened and sealed to the foundation above the exterior grade level and sealed at the floor drain flange to catch any leakage through the wall above the floor level and channel any condensation to floor drain. 6. Install one sump system to include: 1/3 horse power sump pump, elevated sump platform, sealed sump lid, back flow valve, discharge line, high water alarm and battery back-up pump system. Existing electrical outlet to be used. If no outlet is available a dedicated outlet must be installed by others. 7. Install discharge line extending approximately (20’) from foundation to a pop up valve. 8. Install Catch Basin and sump pump at base of stair well with discharge approx. 20’ away from foundation 9. Install inspection ports in system. 10. Remove all work related debris and broom clean.

OTHERS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

1. Provide electrical outlet at pump location(s) if as required 2. Remove bath tub for foundation access
