BATCH RECIPE Serves 8 • 2 cups Tequila • 1 cup Cointreau or Triple Sec • ¾ cup fresh lime juice • ¾ cup sweetened lime juice • 3 cups ice

SINGLE RECIPE • 4 oz. Hornitos Blanco or Reposado Tequila • 2 oz. Cointreau • 1 Tbsp. coarse salt • 1 ½ oz. fresh lime juice from 2 limes DIRECTIONS

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo!

Run lime wedge around rims of rocks glasses, and then dip the glasses in salt. Set those aside. In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, Cointreau, tequila, and ice. Shake ingredients and strain into rocks glasses over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheels.

HOT SUMMER LEMONADE

Serves 4-6

• 5-6 lemons • 2 cups lemon simple syrup (see recipe)

• 1 ½ cups Jack Daniels • water • ice

DIRECTIONS Juice all lemons and set the fresh juice aside. If making lemon simple syrup, reserve one of the lemon peels. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine lemon simple syrup, lemon juice and Jack Daniels. Fill pitcher with ice and top off with water – stir well to combine. Serve in a rocks glass. Make sure each glass gets plenty of ice cubes from the pitcher. If you need to make in advance, do not add the ice until just before serving.

LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP

DIRECTIONS Cut up the rind of one lemon, place in a medium saucepan along with water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. After the sugar is dissolve, turn off heat, strain and let cool.

With the composition of other mountain and valley vineyards, blended with Merlot helping to add riper and softer fruit expressions to provide wine length and balance. Blocks, varieties, and clones are kept separate until final blending to allow the greatest range of expression and blending options. $39.99 $50.99 SONOMA COAST PINOT NOIR 2022 Fruit is predominantly hand-picked and gently de-stemmed, with 70% whole berries in tank. Cold soaked at 48˚F for 3-5 days. Fermented in open top tanks, punched down 3 times per day during active fermentation. Post-fermentation, free run was transferred to tank for one night of settling before racking to new and used French oak barrels. No racking out of barrels SONOMA COAST CHARDONNAY 2023 The fruit is gently pressed, settled for 24 hours then racked to barrel for fermentation.
