Blocks, varieties, and clones are kept separate until final blending to allow the greatest range of expression and blending options. $39.99 $50.99 SONOMA COAST PINOT NOIR 2022 Fruit is predominantly hand-picked and gently de-stemmed, with 70% whole berries in tank. Cold soaked at 48˚F for 3-5 days. Fermented in open top tanks, punched down 3 times per day during active fermentation. Post-fermentation, free run was transferred to tank for one night of settling before racking to new and used French oak barrels. No racking out of barrels SONOMA COAST CHARDONNAY 2023 The fruit is gently pressed, settled for 24 hours then racked to barrel for fermentation. Lees stirred monthly, with the wine aged on lees for approximately 6 months. Notes of Meyer lemon, white flowers, and subtle hints of oak. MONTEREY COUNTY PINOT NOIR 2023 Sourced from select vineyards in the heart of the Monterey AVA where daily wind and cooling fog lengthen the growing season and extended hang-time. The majestic Panorama vineyard is the primary source of fruit, Clark estate vineyard also features in this blend. With different vineyards bringing different flavors to the mix, including notes of green apple, lemon, peach, and pineapple. Soils are predominantly free draining loams.
